Buying flower online shouldn't feel like a gamble. Our standard is simple: inspect what we sell, represent it plainly, and don't pass a bad bag along to the customer.
Every Bag Gets Checked
Before an order goes out, we look at the things that can turn a good purchase into a bad one: overall condition, excessive dryness, visible contamination or mold, excessive stems, damaged packaging, and whether the flower actually matches what we expected to receive.
If we're not comfortable sending it, we don't send it.
Same Standard at Every Price
Our tiers describe the flower—not how carefully we handle it. Everyday flower may have smaller buds, darker color, a rougher trim, or less bag appeal than Midnight Reserve, Exotic Reserve, or Elite. Those are acceptable differences when they're represented and priced accordingly. Poor condition isn't.
The least expensive bag in the store should still be one we're comfortable putting The Reserve Room name on.
What Moving Up a Tier Means
Higher tiers are meant to buy better material and presentation, not a better chance of receiving a properly handled order. Midnight Reserve is our premium shelf. Exotic Reserve is a step above it for higher-end flower. Elite is reserved for rare batches that genuinely exceed the rest—and it can stay empty when nothing deserves the designation.
Know What You're Getting
We use current product information, available laboratory results, photos, and straightforward descriptions to show what we're actually offering. If a batch has a characteristic that affects its value, we'd rather account for it in the description and price than hide it behind marketing language.
Moving up the shelves should get you better flower—not a better chance of getting a good bag.
