What The Reserve Room Is About
Buying flower online shouldn't feel like a gamble. The Reserve Room is built around a simple goal: offer dependable flower at competitive prices and make sure customers know what they're getting before they order.
We don't believe a huge catalog is automatically a better one. We'd rather offer a focused selection at different price points and be straightforward about what separates them. Some customers want inexpensive everyday flower. Others want better appearance, higher-end batches, or something genuinely exceptional. Our job is to describe those differences honestly and price the flower accordingly.
Quality at Every Price
Everyone deserves access to quality flower. Our Everyday options may be smaller, darker, less carefully trimmed, or simply have less bag appeal than our higher tiers. That doesn't mean they get a lower standard of care.
Every tier goes through the same basic inspection process. We check the condition of the flower and packaging and look for problems such as excessive dryness, visible contamination, mold, excessive stems, damage, or a batch that doesn't match what we expected to receive. If we're not comfortable sending it, we don't send it.
Clear Tiers. Same Standard.
Everyday is our budget-friendly shelf. Midnight Reserve is our premium tier. Exotic Reserve is for higher-end flower that stands above our regular premium selections. Elite is reserved for the rare batches that genuinely deserve our highest designation—and if nothing qualifies, that shelf can stay empty.
Moving up the shelves should get you better flower, not a better chance of receiving a good bag. The least expensive flower we sell should still be something we're comfortable putting The Reserve Room name on.
Know What You're Getting
We use current product information, available laboratory results, and straightforward descriptions to represent each offering as accurately as we can. We aren't here to dress average flower up with a premium name or pretend every batch is the same.
Good flower. Fair prices. No bad bags passed along.
