Know the Batch You're Buying
Product information should help you understand what you're ordering, not simply make the listing look impressive. We aim to represent each offering as accurately and plainly as we can with the information available for that batch.
What We Show
Where applicable, listings include current product photography, cannabinoid and laboratory information, tier or grade, relevant batch details, and a straightforward description of the flower. The branded lab summary is there to make the important results easy to read, while the original laboratory report remains available from the product listing for customers who want the source document.
When a Batch Changes
Flower isn't perfectly identical from harvest to harvest. When a new batch is materially different, its listing should change with it. We would rather update a photo, description, lab result, price, or tier than pretend a familiar strain name guarantees the same product every time.
No Silent Substitutions
Our goal is for the order that arrives to match what the customer reasonably expected from the listing. If availability or a batch changes enough that we can't do that, we don't want to quietly substitute something else and call it close enough.
