Availability & Processing
We want the availability language on the store to mean what it says.
In Stock
In Stock means the product is physically available to The Reserve Room for normal order preparation and fulfillment.
Extended Processing
Extended Processing is used for selected offerings that may require additional inbound handling before an order can be prepared. These products can take longer to ship than inventory already on hand.
When extended processing applies, we disclose it on the product listing rather than presenting the item as if it were sitting on our shelf ready to leave immediately.
Before It Ships
Whether a product is already in stock or requires extended processing, the same inspection standard applies before it goes out. If what arrives isn't in acceptable condition or doesn't reasonably match what we intended to sell, we don't want to pass that problem on to the customer.
Processing and availability can vary by product and batch, so the individual product listing is the best place to check the current status before ordering.
